The fabric feels really nice and the stitching looks solid. Only thing is it runs a little small, so I’d probably size up next time

I mean, the customer service wasn’t bad, just not especially quick. I emailed because my tracking hadn’t updated, and it took a couple days before I heard anything back.

When they did reply, they were nice about it and the issue did get fixed, so that was good. But I had to follow up twice before I got an actual clear answer, which was... yeah, kind of frustrating.

I still like the shop and I’d probably order again, but I do think support could be faster and a little more direct. Overall not a terrible experience, just average for me.

I really liked browsing shellycove.com. The colors are soft and beachy without feeling overdone, and the whole site has this clean, relaxed vibe that made me want to keep looking around.

The product pages were simple to scroll through, and the photos matched the style really well. I also found myself wanting to see what other people were buying or loving, because the site definitely has that “everyone probably has a favorite” kind of feel.

My order actually showed up quicker than I expected, and it was packed fine. The tracking updated okay too, so no issues there. I was happy with the delivery overall, but I did feel a little ignored when I tried to get a bit more info and didn’t really hear much back.

I ordered from Shelly Cove and I’m really happy with it. The fit was pretty much spot on, not tight in any weird spots or anything. It’s super comfy for wearing all day, too. I was a little worried it might feel stiff, but it’s actually soft and easy to move around in. I’d definitely buy again...
